Update: I changed 1 star review to 3 stars. I was able to speak with the Assistant Manager and the General Manager who both took full ownership, and honesty about the conditions of the unit. The unit hadn't been prepared for new tenants, and once leadership became aware of this, they prioritize those affected. In the process of getting everything completed, my sons unit flooded. To any students looking for housing, I would highly recommend weighing other options before you decide to move in here. My stove looks like the maintenance department took it apart and never put it back together. This is just one of the things that has been broken since I moved in. It’s been over a week, I’ve submitted paperwork and talked to multiple people that said it would get fixed immediately. My daughter is an incoming freshman and chose to live here, but the reality of these apartments is nothing like what they advertise online. When she walked into her unit, she immediately started crying, the condition was that bad. During a webinar, management claimed the mold issue had been resolved. That is not true. There is mold in my daughter’s bedroom window, which I reported to the office along with another concerned parent. We were told it would be addressed yesterday, but no one ever showed up. There are constant issues. There was mold in the bathroom. No hot water, maintenance requests are routinely ignored or take weeks to be answered. Leaks in the kitchen. Multiple people have complained to management about these issues and nothing gets done to improve the situation. This place needs to be shut down and condemned for all the mold.
