First of all their reception staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. I had called this place after getting a referral multiple times regarding me coming on as a patient. They had told me they would get back to me within 7-10 days regarding getting an appointment scheduled. I had not heard back for 25+ days, in that case I called them regarding my situation. Wonderful doctor
I never was treated like that by any doctor in the past. At first Dr Centofanti tried to help me with my daily headaches but when I came for my follow up on 08/28 and I needed to be sent to another doctor for a Botox treatments I waited 2 months for a referral to be sent and it didn't happen. My follow up was on 08/28 and they sent a referral to the doctor who doesn't take a new patients. I had to call them back on 9/17 and ask them to send me to another place.
