Wonderful doctor
I never was treated like that by any doctor in the past. At first Dr Centofanti tried to help me with my daily headaches but when I came for my follow up on 08/28 and I needed to be sent to another doctor for a Botox treatments I waited 2 months for a referral to be sent and it didn't happen. My follow up was on 08/28 and they sent a referral to the doctor who doesn't take a new patients. I had to call them back on 9/17 and ask them to send me to another place. Been trying to contact their office for over a week now, zero communication. Left messages with no response. At-least have the common decency to respond to people. If your practice isn't accepting new patients that's totally understandable but at least have the level of professionalism to reply. While I see a lot of folks swear by this practice, which might very true that they're good at what they do, they have ZERO communication.
