Came in for a cervical MRI w/o contrast and not my first time getting this done over the years. Wait time was great and staff acted professional but the quality of the scan was almost unreadable to me, others in the profession and my surgeon (I have only 1 decent image from the entire process). I now have to pay to get another MRI.
This was my third visit to this faciility over he past dozen years. The reason I come is this location is that it is efficient and well organized and the professional service rendered are top notch. If I require another diagnostic test, this is where I will come.
It'd be nice if you had the hours posted accurately on Google or on your website. It says you're open until 5 when you're only open until 4. Also, not having a working email or allowing patients to bring in their order at the appointment or send it via email beforehand is not realistic. You only have an option to fax, which isn't easy for patients. I drove here to give the order in person but you weren't open because your hours online are wrong. Do better.
