Great experience, I was treated with respect and Travis was amazing. I didn’t feel a thing! He made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I was only there an about an hour. Highly recommended.
The lack of communication and professionalism at this facility is unreal. first I called after my Dr faxed a script and insurance authorization to schedule and was told id gave to call back the next day because they didnt have time to process it. I called the next day and was told it was pending insurance. once I finally was able to schedule they didnt know if I needed barium or not. I arrive 15 mins prior to my 8am appointment to find I have to drink barium and then wait and hour. This led me to missing atleast 2 hours of w... read more
I want to express my gratitude for the care I have received from University MRI. In all my years of going for various medical imaging, no one has made it easier from Appointments to Customer Service to just being overall caring humans. I have never had a radiologist call me personally with my results, I still can’t believe that. Melissa was such a great comfort on my last visit. I had my MRE on 9/5/25 and was told results would be available in 24-72 hours. After a week I called to find out what was going on and told the radiologist is behind and they’ll let him know. So I waited a few more days, called and was given the same answer. I waited until the following week and contacted them again. I’d been coming here for almost 10 years for annual screenings and always had a positive experience but this last time the billing was incorrect. I made several attempts by email to get it straightened out, to no resolve. So I went in-person to the facility TWICE to try and get a resolution and pay the correct balance and both times I went I was told the person who handles the billing, David, was not there and that he would be in touch.
