I had an appointment there this morning at 8:30, and it was my first time at this facility. After reading some not so great reviews from some seemingly disgruntled patients, I was honestly a little hesitant to even use this place. BUT I am glad that I ignored the unhappy writers and kept my appointment. When I first arrived, all of the people working at the front desk were extremely nice, helpful, and down to earth. I was scheduled yesterday for a mammogram and ultrasound and had a wonderful experience. From scheduling, to check in, to the actual scan 10/10. No long waits, the check in staff was very professional and kind. The ultrasound tech was very knowledgeable. I will be back for sure.
The MRI technician was wonderful even though I could not have the test due to severe claustrophobia he was kind, informative and took his time. The receptionist at the front desk is another matter. It took me 20 minutes to walk in from my car to the lobby and I was parked right in front of it. She came out and yelled at me because I was 15 minutes late for my appointment despite the fact that they were supposed to be open for another few hours, I guess she just wanted to get out of there.I must say the technician trumped her... read more
I recently had a Cleerly CT scan at this diagnostic center and was thoroughly impressed. Erika took my information and was amazing. Matthew, the CT technician, made the procedure comfortable and expertly handled everything, including the IV placement. I also spoke with Teresa about the excellent care I received.
