arrived at 4:36 PM, well before the posted 5:00 PM closing time, only to be told the technician had already left for the day. This was especially infuriating because I had called at 4:15 PM to specifically state I was heading over with my sick child for a chest X-ray. No one on the phone mentioned the tech might leave early or warned me not to come.
