There should be a no star option. Went here to rent a car because mine was getting fixed. I was unsure how long it would take which I informed them of this. This place is a complete joke. Not once. Not twice. BUT THREE TIMES I have had issues with service. The first time they tore the fabric on the left side interior, second time they put stains on another part of fabric and this last time they messed with the parking brake. I went in for oil change tire rotation and tire repair. Tires weren't rotated or repaired went back inside they told they were rotated they weren't because the one needing repaired was still in same place took it back in brought it back out said all good tire repaired and tires rotated didn't look until my husband came home tires still not rotated they did repair the one but lied to me twice about rotation
I purchased a vehicle from Toyota University. During the application process, I asked if the car had a warranty. He said he will get to it. As he proceeded to make me sign a couple of documents. Never once he said any of it was for a warranty. He said I had Platinum coverage which I didn't even know what it meant at that time. So I went home and look at my paperwork. The worst service i have EVER had. Gentleman who worked in service was the ruddest most obnoxious person i have EVER seen. I would never recommend this place to anyone! RIDICULOUS, you pay all that money for vehicle and get the worst service ever.

I bought a 2009 Jeep Wrangler 2weeks ago. I signed papers and sent a certified check via FedEx. I was told my jeep would be delivered 6-10 days. It is currently 13 days and now I am being told 5 more days. I just want my money back at this point and will shop somewhere else.
Pull into University Toyota and told them the engine was missing. First, I was told diagnostic would be $138 hr. All this intails plugging the computer to the vehicle an reading the error codes. I was told by the service person the problem could be the spark plugs. Changing the spark plugs did not fix it. They then said it was the coil on cylinder #8. $164 for a new coil plus labor. They were not able to get the part in for a day, but I could drive it home. Cost so far $502 and the vehicle not fix. I called another dealer an... read more
