Hi yes this is my second vehicle from Universal motors and I don’t regret it at all I will send anybody here and Fred. He is such such a big help. They listen to you. They let you test drive it. They let you question the answer questions for you. They have a mechanic to look at it while you study if you have concerns./and Bill, the finance person he is so amazing. He will go all out his way so thank you all.
We bought a car for our daughter and worked with Fred who patiently showed her several cars in our price range with the features we were looking for. If you go definitely ask for Fred!
Fred had excellent communication and was willing to provide me with all the information needed to make the best purchase for myself. Communication: Fred is very quick to reply and provide details. I once sent him a message at 11:00 PM (expecting him to reply the next day). Not only did he reply back immediately, but he kept messaging me until I had all my answers. Wow!
