They don't deserve any star. Mitello Camay is the biggest crook they have working there. The guys promises me he can help me get a mortgage. After sending all financial documents and authorized credit card for home appraisal. He promised no other charges would apply into my card. After weeks of no calls and returned emails. Guess what??? My Amex card was charged for them to run my credit fee. WTF???? At least call to let me know what happens. They are crooks and thanks to Amex I won the dispute. The biggest liar!!! Steve Lobue will promise anything and everything just to get your business. I will be filing a formal complaint for misleading. He promised me a refund after the closing then turned around and denied everything after 7 months of empty promises.
