I was jaw literally jaw dropped by my experience with this practice and the ENTIRE STAFF!!!!! Leaving NO ONE OUT!!!
All I can say is PURE GOLD.... UNIVERSITY MODERN DENTISTRY... DR. MILLER, DENTAL ASSISTANT KAISHA.. DR. KHAN, NATASHA AND JASMINE WERE ALL AMAZING AND MADE MY TRANSITION FROM MY PREVIOUS PRACTICE AS SMOOTH AND PAINLESS AS COULD BE. NOTHING BUT MAD LOVE ALL THROUGHOUT THE OFFICE!!!! SALON WASHINGTON
This office is wonderful! Everyone was so friendly and easy to talk to, and Dr. Miller made me feel like I’d been seeing her for years despite this being my first visit! The office was very clean, organized, and comfortable. I had a couple insurance questions (it’s a new policy, and again I hadn’t been here before) and they were answered easily without making me feel silly for asking! Pros: 1. Clean office, and mostly nice staff (except for one woman at the front desk who is pretty rude). 2. Pretty easy to get an appointment. Cons- 1. Very unorganized. On my first visit I was sent back and then told to go back to the waiting room because they weren’t ready. The staff seemed like they were not on the same page on multiple occasions. 2. I have a regular dentist but went to this place for a night guard and they tried to sell me on switching to them multiple times despite me politely declining every time. It ... read more
From the front desk staff all the way to the doctors, I had a great time at my dental appointment today!! I was so comfortable I felt like I was with family!! Very professional yet laid back atmosphere. DR GRAHAM AND KAISHA ARE THE PERFECT COMBO!! Dr. Jada Graham is so knowledgeable and GENTLE!! I’m never going anywhere else!
