Very disappointed in u of m. Phone staff very very rude. Everyone says how great u of m is, I'll be happy to go elsewhere. I called and requested info to be corrected into mychart they sent me something I didn't need. I've never seen staff act like this ever at any medical facility!!
Overall very disappointed. Plus they get confused about appointments when multiple appointments are made at similar location but for different aspects. Also can't change PA or NP after you've seen one, so if you don't get it "get" each other it can't communicate properly to get on the same page, it seems you're stuck.
