Bad service they don’t care about patients. I tried making an emergency appointment after they put me all the way to April, since ive been bleeding for 3 weeks and ended up in the ER, and they denied it. They have availability but because I’m new they couldn’t care less about me. So we could be bleeding, dying, and they couldn’t care less. I wouldn’t be able to trust people like them with my body. Never going there. And you shouldn’t go either.

Dr. Bayat truly went above and beyond for me. She is kind, easy to talk to, and follows up with her patients. She promptly got me the help that I needed for which I am very thankful. Office staff are also welcoming and super helpful.

Very frustrating experience. I am pregnant & called to make an appointment. Front desk ladies are very nice, however despite calling back multiple times to see if there was some issue, I was never called back by “scheduling” to make an appointment. It was over a week and they completely ignored me. Talk about a way to treat a pregnant potential patient. Eventually gave up and called a different doctor. Like I said, the front desk ladies are lovely but whoever is in charge of scheduling really needs to improve.

I called on March 10th to make an appointment and after answering some questions, I was told by a nurse that the scheduler would call me to schedule my first ultrasound. 14 days later and still no one has contacted me for an appointment. I have called several times and talk to the front desk and they can’t even believe I haven’t been contacted yet. I did receive a call from a nurse after complaining about feeling sick. She gave me tips on how to improve my morning sickness and told me that she sees the note in my file for me... read more
