It is very rare to see a GP with such high score in UK, normally they are like 2-3 which I believe reflect really well based on my previous experience. But University Medical Group indeed is a 5-star GP for me. My wife has been scrapped by an outdoor cat and they reacted very promptly to assure us with proper treatment.
We had an awful experience today with the receptionist (venessa), I came with my wife to pay for a non NHS service, rang the bell and this lady came with a look as she is ready to fight. Frowning she didn't even reply to my good morning, sitting on the chair gazing at me. She was very dismissive with my request, however when I explained it to her she said she would ask Jessica about it. We spoke to Jessica and she was very nice and accepted the payment method.
