I love this team . Everyone verry friendly and helpful.
Staff need to be clearer and more accurate about whether an in-person appointment is actually required or if a telephone consultation is sufficient. I was repeatedly told to attend in person, only to later find out it was not needed. On one occasion, despite knowing from a previous visit that a phone consultation would be sufficient, a staff member insisted that I attend in person and then abruptly hung up on me after I asked for confirmation from my GP.
