Sat in waiting room for 6 hours, my own doctor sent me & still WAITED!!
My mother is going on 12 hours on waiting!!!! It is very sad of the wait time . Nothing has been done, you cannot even asked because apparently they don’t do anything.
I’ve had to visit many ERs and hospitals around the region for a variety of family issues. I can wholeheartedly say that UMC is a cut above the rest. First: the staff. Despite dealing with people from all walks of life they demonstrate empathy for the patients. Second: registration was simple. Unlike other hospitals, the admin staff did the bulk of the paperwork. Super agradecido con estos ángeles por todo su trabajo, apoyo y buenos gestos de humanidad. Por un problema de ataque al corazón es que llegue al hospital y ellos siempre supieron que hacer. Todo el personal desde las personas de intendencia. Enfermeras/os. Doctoras/es. Las personas que me intervinieron. Servicio social. Farmacia. Todos. Absolutamente todos son unos ángeles.
