Went in because I was having symptoms of a possible stroke. I still was left to wait for hours. Mind you it was at around 6 am when I went in and the waiting room was practically empty. By noon the room was full because of how slow they would see patients. At the end of the day they couldn't give me an answer as to what was causing my symptoms. They just ended up sending me home with Tylenol calling it a headache.
Just spent 3+days at UMC and just can't say enough good things about them. The staff were wonderful and very caring. 7th floor ladies and gentlemen you rock!!!
I went there as I had a laceration and they promptly got me in their paperwork done within 5 minutes and then I was in and out with stitches in about two and a half hours excellent service wonderful people they actually showed empathy and concern Strangely enough earlier that week I was there visiting another person who has been transferred to long-term care therapy but that I seen they actually care they showed they were monitoring their health everything so I'm really surprised at the medical service it was professional an... read more
