I had an appointment and got some test done, today I received a call from the UMC clinic and was told they had came back clear so I was very happy, I even asked where could I get those results for my records and I was told I could pick them up at the Fabens location, a couple hours later I received a phone call. I was wrongly accused of picking up my prescription and I felt disrespected by them they wouldn't give me My prescription and now I'm suffering in pain and don't know who to talk to about not getting my prescription of gabapentin.

i'd give no stars but the one star is for the receptionist, she was the most thoughtful/helpful person there. i saw vanessa priego and other than sending me for an ultrasound she was no help. she ignored my complaint and said it was probably due to my period and to stop drinking coffee. non surprise, it had nothing to do with that. she'll tell you to call her office with questions but never returns your call.
