I went here yesterday morning for a hernia that went from soft to hard and painful. I peed in a cup, was talked down to, a “Dr” with no badge came into the triage room to see my hernia and with force she pushed out back in and said “ see it moves”. I puked all over the floor from the server of pain. She said “ great now I have to change”. Then I went to get my blood drawn. The lady stabbed me twice moving the needle in and out up and down both times to say “ nope not today” (I have great veins btw) after the torture stopped ... read more
Blood all over the floors, hours long wait with no help but the people who came in after me were seen and left, rude staff at the front desk Worst ER I’ve ever been to.
This hospital does their best and certainly has staff that cares, but they’re far overshadowed by the staff that doesn’t. I’ve been here three times in the past 3 months in relation to a sexual assault, and the first two times I was treated with care - but proper medical procedure was not followed either time. As I read these reviews, ours mirrors theirs! If I could give a negative score I would! My husband fell in the tub at our resort and needed immediate help. After being screamed at with our uber driver for the drop off, screamed at by security for how much pain he was in, waiting several hours for nothing. Ultimately had to leave and get yelled at once again as we waited for our uber. The nasty facial laceration and displaced tooth had to wait until the next day for treatment. Never go this place if you value yourself or your... read more
I waited 9 hours to be seen or even given any pain medication, while bleeding and lying down crying in the floor with a broken nose, broken tooth and face lacerations. I spent a total of 13 hours at this emergency room where nobody seemed concerned in the slightest to assist me. I have never in my entire life experienced service as horrible as this. Unless you have literally no other option available I HIGHLY recommend never setting foot in that emergency room.
