It is nearly impossible to get in touch with these people. I needed a referral that never came after my appointment. I was in a lot of pain too, and called and left several messages. None were returned. I finally had to call patient services at the main hospital and file a complaint, then they called back. Three days later I tried to get in touch again and the process repeated itself.
Didn't have to courtesy to notify me that I wouldn't be able to use my insurance that used to work here until I arrived at the clinic and was called for my appointment. Waste of a whole day.

I had an appointment and got some test done, today I received a call from the UMC clinic and was told they had came back clear so I was very happy, I even asked where could I get those results for my records and I was told I could pick them up at the Fabens location, a couple hours later I received a phone call. I was then informed I was given the wrong results and I need to talk to the doctor tomorrow, I am very upset because the person that called said they had multiple charts and must of given me the wrong results.
