Went into the emergency room as a panicked parent and the staff were extremely kind and compassionate. Staff went above and beyond to ensure the comfort of my family. Staff was also very attentive and worked efficiently to get us taken care of. Wouldn’t recommend anywhere else.

I had a 360 spinal fusion on a Thursday, and on the following Monday came into the ER with concerns of low blood pressure and lightheadedness. We arrived at 2:30, was evaluated, had blood drawn, and was sent out to the waiting room for a CT and until we were able to be seen. I have an incision on my lower abdomen and two incisions on my back. If it were possible I would give it 0 stars. I’ve been here 11 hours sitting in the lobby with a heart rate in the 40s accompanied by dizziness, headache, chest tightness, and overall weakness. They have only checked my vitals 2 times while out here. They claim to take patients back based on highest medical need yet they took a possible broken foot back after a few hours of being there yet I’m still here in the lobby.
