This was. THE. WORST. EXPERIENCE. OF, MY. LIFE. I went in today at 2 am over a stomach infection. I was dehydrated, vomiting and overall in pain. The front nurses are absolutely rude and have very little care of what’s going on with you. The send me to the back room to get a look at me and my vitals. My first concern, none of the nurses had asked if I was on any sort of medication. Do not go here. They literally had a 12hr wait, patients were vomiting on themselves, crying in pain and the staff didn't care. The Dr i finally saw was so rude and shouldn't be in Healthcare. You risk your life if you go here
Today I dropped my grandma off in the emergency room to be seen and I had to take care of something important and so I came back to check on her and I asked at the security desk for her name and the officer said she wasn’t in the system. So I continued to look around the lobby for her and again this officer is watching me look for her. Then a nurse asked me who I was looking for and I told her and the officer comes and tells her that my grandma had been discharged, instead of telling me this when I asked for her. I guess they no longer practice bed side manner or confirming a diagnosis before they tell a patient what they believe is going on. I went in for bleeding at 6 weeks pregnant and with minimal vitals taken informed me I was having a miscarriage. None of the staff knew how to use the ultrasound machine available to see if there was a heart beat on my baby. I am currently 36 weeks pregnant. So a department full of medical “professionals” who can’t diagnose correctly or use medical equipment. Shame on them for giving the worst p... read more
