Expect at least a 10min hold on the phone any time you call, marginal empathy for patients, 30+ minute delays to your visit after you’re already in the room, appointments canceled last minute, lack of collaboration with your pharmacist, no voicemail for after hours, unwelcoming receptionist, and going over your health history with your doctor at every appointment. Absolute worst care my family has experienced over that last two years.
My observations have to do with the physical appearance of building not the doctors there. I think the physicians are doing a wonderful job. The waiting room/lobby is utilitarian at best, sparsely furnished with no imaginative decorations. Not an inviting environment. The exterior of the building needs attention as well. Weeding and a little color would go a long way to make this building more inviting.
You need to fire your your receptionist ASAP. The fact that we have to keep saying this shows us how much you truly care about our opinion: 0%. I am really upset with the quality of service I received and just want to bring to your attention that something needs to change ASAP.
The Receptionist or whoever answers the phone is rude and instead of assisting you are accused for doing something.
