Dr. Kapoor is wonderful. I love having a PCP who can oversee my car in the hospital as well. Very glad to have found him.
Fraudulent billing practices. Boycott.
Dr. Kapoor‘s office is horrible. The staff is disgusting have no respect no empathy no sympathy specially the billing and the insurance department Dana and dimples have no respect for the patient not professional whatsoever. Sad to say that’s such a great amazing doctor has to have a staff stand behind him that don’t support him or the work that he does because he is amazing.
Billing dept Dana AND Dimple ARE SO unprofessional RUDE have no type of respect when speaking to patients or their family while trying to get a bill corrected they tell you they not going to do nothing to assist you then transfer you to there co worker when you ask for a office manager is just insane!!!
