Do not live here. The pictures are wildly deceptive and if you are an outsider of St. Louis coming in for a short visit (internship, co-op), I’d recommend getting an airbnb or a different campus housing before resorting to here. When I moved in the apartment was extremely dirty, with stains all over the carpet, sinks and bathtub falling apart with stains as well, and just overall an uncomfortable feel. I found it extremely hard to adjust to living there.
Awful service. Make sure you are there for the final walk through or they WILL keep your security deposit. Con artists through and through. Living here is similar to living in section 8 housing.
Before I left town, I was not informed that anyone was coming. Had I known, I could have left the door unlocked for them. Since I was unaware, I locked my door. Now, I’ve received a message saying I’ll be fined, even though I’m not even in town. Mind you this was the day of my birthday so I was already out of town and gone. Yet, if I had been informed I would have left everything unlocked.
