My experience with DOUGLAS MAZDA was Exceptional! Miguel went beyond and above to help me understand the technology being I’m a Senior Citizen and not technically savvy. He was so very patient with me. I had his mobile number and called him more times I’m ashamed to mention. He even helped me when he and his family were taking a trip. He Never got impatient with me. The staff in the service department are very helpful.
I’ve left multiple messages (at least 4) with the service department trying to schedule my vehicle and no one answers or returns my call. I’ve left the details they asked for just to never hear back. Garbage way to run a business! Edit the manager reached out explained the mix up with the new merger and phone system, got me in asap, hooked me up with a rental and got my vehicle fixed same day! Businesses that take ownership and corrective actions are rare so good job Mazda service department!
Customer service was great in the service department. However I went for a oil change and tire rotation. When they brought the car back to me they hadn't rotated the tires. They took it back and did the tires. I was not pleased with the technician.
