I had a hiatal hernia surgery in Oct and was left with gastroperesis. I've now seen 2 different specialists and am 5 months later waiting for a gastric stimulator to be put in next month. worst pain I ever felt I'm sick daily almost had a heart attack in November my quality of life has reduced I wished I gone to another Dr at least for more testing a second opinion or just bc Dr kehdy was a dick
Dr. Kehdy preformed a hernia repair on me. The hernia had been repaired and failed several times by another Dr. I am six going on 7 years post hernia repair with Dr. Kehdy. Going forth Dr. Kehdy will remain my surgeon. He is excellent at what he does, he has a good bedside manner. In my opinion there isn't anyone as good as Dr. Kehdy.
Jennifer Rhoads here I had a hiatal hernia. i was referred to Dr kehdy by my primary care dr. I heard great things about Dr kehdy from my other gi Dr and my primary care Dr so I felt very confident in him he also managed to get me in 2 weeks after my required test. I don't want to discredit him and his work he's a great surgeon however post op pain management is also part of the process. Jennifer Rhoads here. Pain management is the worst I ever dealt with. I can't wait to put this whole experience behind me.
My girlfriend saw this guy for her hiatal hernia surgery. She was in tears a lot while she was there for 3 days due to pain i felt so bad for her however the surgery was necessary. They need to do better about pain since it is in a controlled setting.
