I’ve absolutely loved living here! The apartment is updated, clean, and well-maintained, while the management team is friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with anything that comes up. The amenities are great — from the fitness center to the included furniture and utilities — and the location couldn’t be better. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed, and welcoming community!

When I was trying to find a place in Arkansas for school, I was so overwhelmed because I was in such a time crunch, but James was so quick to respond and got me a place within 1-2 days of me putting in my application. This place is cozy, cute, it gets the job done for sure, a couch, some dining chairs, a table and a bed frame is provided for you. Amenities are also included, so it was a smooth transition for me. My husband & I moved in and we love it! It’s one of the safest places we’ve ever lived. We really enjoy being able to walk across the street to places to eat. & the city life feeling. The beautiful lights that stretch across the street as well as the soft music playing outside is just a feeling in itself. We can barely wait for Christmas, we know it will be so beautiful out front! Also, James the landlord is awesome! He’s always quick to respond if you have questions.
Living in the lofts James and Meagan makes the experience really nice. They will do whatever it is to help you or get you some type of assistance.. a did I say extremely nice !! Really good people!!
