everybody was so helpful and friendly it’s a beautiful place to live. James was so helpful and insured me everything was going to be taken care of.

Great living experience! Apartments are nice and come with very high quality furniture/appliances, maintenance comes very quickly to resolve any needs, and the landlords, James and Megan, are incredibly nice and helpful!
Recently moved into Urban Downtown Lofts. Meagan and James have been the absolute best to make my transition into my new home easy as pie. They immediately solved and explained any issues I had with my move, and are great to work with. Id highly recommend these apartments, offering a taste of downtown life for a low monthly cost.
