My wife’s grandparents live here. We went to visit with other family a few weeks ago and the lady at the front desk was rude. Check-in system was a little too extensive, as if I was going in to visit at an elementary school for lunch or a prison to visit someone, or maybe check out a library book. When we went to leave, we had to wait for the door to be opened for us. I understand security is necessary, but this seems to be a bit much, especially if you have the warden/lifeguard sitting at the desk at all times. I know my re... read more

Oak Pointe is a beautiful place to have a loved one that can’t be alone anymore. They can have their privacy, but there is someone to be there if needed. Thank you to all the staff that helps make my mom as active, comfortable and happy as possible!
Love Provision Living in Hattiesburg, Ms! Tanya, resident coordinator/liaison is always so friendly, energetic, and full of information. The nurses Provision Living have on staff are phenomenal and take great care of their patients. The facility is always so clean and they have the best activities. I highly recommend you visit this facility!
I think it is the most wonderful place in the world, and I'm so glad my mom is one of the residents there.
