Jackie and Kody were very kind, punctual, and made the process easy to discuss.
Total dissatisfaction. My clients were lied to & taken advantage of. Which resulted in an enormous financial burden. As their agent, I was ignored & provided no info requested. Their lender refused to comply & denied all our requests for documentation - claiming the lender didn't have the files from less than two years prior. illegal! The appraiser highered by the lending institution also blatantly lied on the appraisal report.
