This review is for the booking experience. I had booked a room through a third party app and the room was confirmed well in advance. A few hrs before checkin, these folks cancelled my booking with no regard to the customer and what situation that we were in. We had to scramble to find an another hotel in the area in the last minute and it was such a challenge considering we were a large party with 2 kids. Terrible customer service!

This is a scam hotel. It has been shut down by the health department and they are still taking reservations. Don’t get scammed!!!

Terrible experience booked a room was called and told the hotel was canceling my booking due to a pipe bust and still got charged for the room and cant get ahold of anyone
