We made our reservation well in advance of our quarterly trip to Duke to make sure we'd have a wheel chair accessible room. When we got there it was being used by someone else, and there was nothing they could (or would) do! The person on duty called the manager and they tried to get us to stay in another room if they would carry in a shower chair for the bathtub. Great, friendly staff. They were helpful with getting our rooms reserved when we were unsure of how many days we needed. The rate goes down after a couple of days and the staff was quick to help us with that adjustment. The breakfast area was clean and while it didn't give a full spread, it was wholesome and balanced. The orange juice was a big hit with our gang. There was no restuarant in the inn, but the hotel next door was accomodating, as well, you could walk to Duke Hospital's Cafeteria.
