I have been renting a townhouse for 4 years, this place is steal for everything you get!! Beautiful home, prompt maintenance and property management response all in a safe area and walking distance to UNC Charlotte.
I have been a Savino property tenant now for a few years and couldn’t be happier. If I ever have a maintenance issue, they either have someone out to look at it the same day or the next day. The staff is very helpful. They have 24 hour emergency service including lockout service. Hope to be here for several more years!
Can't beat the price for nice apartment so close to campus! Great owner who is great to deal with.
