Have stayed here a few dozen times over the past 12 years while teaching at CMIT. The convenience of being able to walk to the classroom outweighs the inconsistent ac systems and the mattresses that may be hard as a board.
Rooms dirty, ac don’t work and ceiling was caving in. Smelled like mold
