Very disappointing experience. I waited over a month for this appointment, only to be met with long delays and unprofessional treatment. It took around 15 minutes just to check in because the front desk appeared overwhelmed and overbooked. Even after being brought back, I still waited about 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time before seeing the doctor. Regularly late checking me in, video app crashes all the time so they make come in. No respect for my time. I may not be a doctor but I'm busy too. Finally leave my waste of time appointment to see my prescription is denied. Then asked to wait more while they correct it. Absolute CF of an office
I had three appointments with Dr. Jaeger at University Hospitals and each felt increasingly rushed — but the final one on January 15, 2025, was frankly unacceptable. It was a virtual follow-up after a CT scan. I had already received the results, and the very first line of the report clearly said “no kidney stones.” The doctor’s microphone didn’t work during the video visit, so she called me instead — the phone call lasted 67 seconds. Horrible, overbooked and doesn't care that they run over an hour behind schedule and you can't even reschedule due to their issues. Would NOT recommend going here
