For a 15 minute wound debridgement they charged thousands of dollars from UH wound care AND a separate bill from a Dr from Plastic Surgery Institute in Beachwood???!! Before my first visit I was told that there are no drs that I would see. That NPD would oversee the appointments. Why in the hell would a plastic surgeon need to look over charts for?? A cheaper dr would be better. Overcharging the patients and insurance companies huh.
I was a bit uneasy about having to go here, however I found myself at ease rather quickly. As the staff, nurses , PAs etc. treated me with nothing but kindness and respect. My questions were answered before before I had the chance to ask. The Dr not only had incredible skill ( minimal pain) she was informative and has great taste in shoes! What a breath of fresh air.
