I was instructed to go to the ED IMMEDIATELY due severe anemia and my blood count was critically low. When I arrived at Parma ED, I sat in the waiting area almost an hour before I was calling into Triage. While in Triage I was told that I was next to be put into a room. DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!! I’ve been here for 10 hours now yelping with pains in my side as they continue to walk by me and do nothing. All I got was a cat scan and X ray and it’s taken 10 hours…..please if you care about your loved ones don’t send them here
they were not able to take just a simple blood test this branch hired unprofessional people totaly not recommend for anyone
Horrible experience. They sent my girlfriend home while she was still having seizures and unable to walk. The medical staff was also incredibly, condescending, and refused to answer her call light; even talking in the hallway about not answering her light. Disgusting experience, you should all have your licenses revoked and be ashamed of yourselves. You deserve a -5 stars.
