My family has lived in this area for over 50 years and my experience this past Friday, 02/27/26, was by far the WORST. I will begin by saying that was the visit necessarily an emergency. Maybe not, but that does not negate the care or lack thereof that was provided. 5 hours of ZERO communication by a nurse or dr. Several requests for biohazard cleanup ignored. A rough nurse. My experience was exceptional because of Deandra, the nurse in emergency who provided the best care I have ever had in any emergency related to myself or for others. She identified an immediate need for urgency, was a leader in collaborating with multiple departments, and provided the utmost respect and care while preserving my dignity throughout my time there. Was told by Dr who did port implant and the ordering dr of implant to come to this Er In pain import is stinging, burning and hurting crying from pain sitting in waiting in waiting room 3 hrs out of hot packs.. Will be informing both drs not to tell patients to come here... plus wont give me paperwork so can go to another er
Not the best. Not the worst. My father had a stroke back in November in which the hospital did take amazing care of them. Now when It came to my experience I would’ve rather not wasted my time even going to the ER or having my insurance charged for the ambulance ride. This was back in May 2025. I work from 2-6AM at a local dunkin and had a bad episode with my back .
