What a joke. These people are rude and talk to you anyway they want. Zero compassion no bedside manors. They left a woman wait two hours and I understand sometimes they are busy but not this day, left this poor waman in agony she could not breath and was shaking so bad. She was on the urge of passing out. The receptionist told her if she doesn't like it leave.
Speaking as an ER nurse…this is one of the worst ERs I’ve ever seen
If I could give 0 stars I would. I have been in the waiting room for 5 hours now waiting for a room. This is ridiculous. I have severe breathing problems and they just leave me sit in the waiting room and it took several hours just to get my first round of bloodwork. They have the results back and they just did more blood work and they will probably leave me sit here in the waiting room for another several hours. I was given no treatment or anything. There’s no sense of urgency here.
Great experience from the start. My dad was brought in with new Afib. Right away he was brought into triage and had an EKG to show he still was in it. The staff in triage were very professional and great! Lorraine, Abbie and Lydia were able to get him triaged quick and back to a room due to his irregular heart rate. Once to the room Dr. Quinn, Eric Chatel-PA, and Holly-RN were wonderful with explaining why it was important he got certain meds and that he would have to stay over night. I truly cannot thank the staff enough!
After getting there at 8:30am I was discharged at 5:45pm. I have all the same symptoms including severe nausea and chest pain. The Dr actually asked me "what do you want me to do?" I wouldn't be at the ER if I could fix this at home. The discharge paperwork said to call 911 if I was experiencing...get this a half dozen of the symptoms I was just in the ER for and am still experiencing. I'm currently in a car heading home wondering if I am going to make it through the night.
