I was there for open heart surgery and I had excellent experience with all staff.
I was there on the night of 04/05. Everyone was fantastic. Dr Ford was very caring, kind, and explained everything in detail to me. I am usually a very difficult stick and the medic Bobby got the IV and blood without me feeling a thing, he also had a great sense of humor that helped put me at ease. The x-ray tech was great as well but I forget her name even though she told me twice. This is a great hospital and would highly recommend this ER to anyone who needs help. Over the last 4 to 5 years the quality and friendliness of staff has slipped but it’s still better than other hospitals. There’s some very nice people working here nurses who care it’s a special place.
