The ladies here at the pain management office are the most rude , arrogant , and unhelpful receptionist I have ever met. Everytime I come here they have an attitude, they never have any clue how to deal insurance . Every time it is a bad experience… looking elsewhere for pain management due to ignorance
Dr. McCallin is great! I’ve had 2 injections and everything went well. The staff are courteous and friendly. If you’re looking for opioid type drugs move on! I respect and am glad he doesn’t want to prescribe that!! I felt everyone involved was on top of it.
