Avoid going here if you can. They don't communicate with you and it's impossible to get ahold of them. The doctors are decent, but it's not worth the hassle to get to them. UH seems to have issues with handling patient care in general, constantly dropping the ball with every visit we have.

I come here b/c I work across the street and it seemed like it would be convenient. It's been 1.5 years now, and I'm very underwhelmed by their system here. I take routine maintenance medication, and every time my prescribed refills run out (which is every 6 months), it's always a fiasco to try to get them refilled. Despite the existence of "uhhospitals.followmyhealth.com", there's no way to take care of this online.
