I talked to Ms. Carroll through Teledoc and expressed concerns about my prostatitis diagnosis by a local urologist. My PSA was over 40 and rising rapidly after a round of heavy dose Cipro. The urologist was sticking to the prostatitis diagnosis without any plan to confirm it wasn't cancer. Getting a referral turned out to be difficult. Very rude doctor. I never leave reviews, but this was worth taking the time out of my day to inform other people not to go to her.
My wife was sick, and she gave me consent to help her in translation, yet this condescending and rude Doctor denied her care, insisting that it is her call to choose a translator, not the patient's. I would avoid Dr. Carrol at all costs as she does not have the minimum flexibility and understanding.
Dr Carroll is compassionate and helpful.
