Met with the rudest, uninformitive, uncaring woman on the phone I have ever come across and I worked retail for 25 years. Wow UH, you have reached a new low in uncaring. If you don't have an ER, as were told, take it off your websites and just say " call 911 because we don't care"

We're from out of town (Chicago) and my son fell and hurt himself. This hospital was incredible. The staff was amazing from start to finish, we did have to wait quite a bit for someone from radiology to read his xrays but they were taken right before shift change. The nurses were so sweet to both my children and made them very comfortable. They also made sure I had copies of everything I needed for our Drs back home before we left. It's such a relief, as any parent can testify, to have great staff working with your kids.

Best. ER Visit. Ever. Quiet ER, clean, fast, accurate. I've had good and bad, and this was one of the best ER experiences I've ever had. Thank you to everyone, from phlebotomy to imaging and staff. Polly was my ER nurse, and Dr. Maxwell was my ER doctor. Very kind people, and knowledgeable! I have a complicated history and they didn't treat me like I was just looking for pain meds. Nurses were amazingly sweet, considerate & attentive. We were looked in by a Dr. Seuss(surreal, but comic relief). Ultimately, we were sent back to Metro Health, but the difference in attitude between the staff is like night and day. And they all knew their stuff, no lack of experience. As good an experience as can be expected from a trip to the Emergency Room.
