Waiting for over 2 hours for an appointment that was schedule at 11am. Everyone before and after are already done and gone. How is this possible? This is why people prefer to die over going to a place like this. The people in the front don’t seems to know nothing and don’t even try to help. To add to this not one call was received from them stating Dr. Green was running behind. I would have been less upset as them I would have had a choice to reschedule or wait this ridiculous amount of time. It’s worst than a walk in.
Get your employees on the same page. Sat in the ER for 3 hours before an ortho receptionist told us just to get a referral from my own doctor and come back. So my doctor sent it and I call to sent an appointment. Receptionist doesn't let me explain, consistently tells me to call my doctor, so i hang up and call someone back. The new person says we must go through the ER to get a referral. So why give me your Navinet ID to give to my doctor... Retards man, wasting my time and delaying me in seeing a doctor. The front desk employees are the worst!!! They are so rude talking !!! And I have waited hours for the doctor to see us..
So I had an appointment at 10am and I wasn’t aware of it because no one from the office called me for a reminder. I had to call myself to find out and their respond was that they forgot to call because I wasn’t the only patient that they had to call which I find very irresponsible and when I get to the office there is a patient drinking liquor in a wheelchair and shouting “Can you please change the channel it’s bad for children to watch because they are talking about gay marriage” but mind you she was talking about how she k... read more
