My experience with this hospital is/was horrible. Fortunately I haven’t been a patient. But my Mom and spouse have. Back in 2022 my elderly Mother was taken by ambulance ( awesome paramedics) she was diagnosed with Lewy body dementia at the emergency and later admitted to the imu in which she was unable to walk or stand. She was bedridden there and deteriorated rapidly. While staying there she developed sepsis from inadequate care and later on ended up passing away in hospice. This is for my daughter, she is going through leaking or septisis of appendices. She went in to the emergency yesterday and waited for 6 hours and was told that it would be another 4 to 5 hours, so she went home to her two children. Today she was told that she needed to come in ASAP, that was over 4 hours and watched the room fill up twice and she told them that they told her to come in and they treated her like dirt. By far the most confusing and least convenient parking system ever. They changed everything and have no instructions. No way of accessing a site easily to explain the new set up. Ridiculous.
