With no medical contraindications. I was denied a Tylenol while on hold for 7 hours while having severe ear pain. Even after telling that my pain was 9/10 in the initial assessment. They were rude when I requested a painkiller. The nurse and the front desk women told me to google a farmacy and go for it at 8pm. I understand the waiting time could be long but it is unethical waiting that long with a lot pain. There's no reason for that.
While some of the nurses were absolutely fantastic the person in charge of ct scans or that was in Tuesday morning/afternoon was awful. I ended up having my artery pop when the ink was being injected for my scan. It got under my skin instead causing my arm immense pain and to swell to a massive size and I was told I nearly had a stroke. I was in pain, scared and extremely tired as I had been at the hospital for over 13hrs at this point and been up nearly 30+hrs. Total of 5 people and I wait for 4 hrs to get attended
Always there when you need medical help, sometimes waite times are long due to the amount of people needing help. Staff are always professional and respectful.
I was totally impressed with the speed, efficiency and friendliness I was treated. I arrived by Ambulance at 7:26 am on July 7,25 and back Home by 12:00. In less than 5 Hours I had X-Rays, an MRI, met with the Doctor, a Paramedic, Occupational and Physio Therapists, a Home Care Co-ordinator and was fitted with a Leg Brace and given Instructions on how to use a Walker. Everybody was friendly, caring and professional. You all deserve the highest Praise. Thank You Thea Nichols
