Horrible wait times. I walked out without getting treated. You can't even call it an emergency room because there's no sense of urgency whatsoever.

While I understand that an emergency room is not a quick experience, waiting over 7 hours to be treated is completely and utterly unacceptable, especially when there is little to no communication to patients from staff. Out of everyone I encountered and witnessed within the entire emergency team, there were only two gentleman (one being a nurse and the other a doctor) who exemplified compassion and kindness. The worst place to come to. Cold staff, disrespectful and ingenuous. Broken foot, only x ray and waiting for over 7 hours. No pain meds no ice no nothing

With no medical contraindications. I was denied a Tylenol while on hold for 7 hours while having severe ear pain. Even after telling that my pain was 9/10 in the initial assessment. They were rude when I requested a painkiller. The nurse and the front desk women told me to google a farmacy and go for it at 8pm. I understand the waiting time could be long but it is unethical waiting that long with a lot pain. There's no reason for that.
