Great experience. The whole process took just 3 hours. My finger got crushed in a door and I was worried it might be fractured, so I came here. Shortly after registration, the triage nurse saw me and arranged an X-ray. Luckily, the doctor confirmed I am fine. I expected a much longer wait since my case was low priority, but it was surprisingly fast.
The front desk said, ‘What do you want me to do?’ while I was telling her that my partner was dehydrated from vomiting and looking for some help.
Wish I could give 0 stars, can’t believe the way I was treated as a pregnant person, no communication between any of the health care staff, so unprofessional. Receptionist just scrolling on TikTok showing no compassion was just the cherry on top of this experience. Simply wanted to know baby was ok as I was in extreme pain in early pregnancy.
