When you have your medications delivered at home, there is absolutely no control whatsoever on when they may arrive. There’s no one you can speak to even if it’s medication you need immediately or ASAP. Even if it is not been picked up from the pharmacy yet. They will not speak to the person that picks it up and ask them to deliver it to A person first even if the delivery is only a half a mile away In the medication is desperately needed. Poor service
Very knowledgeable and courteous, a full time pharmacy with a hometown feeling, always giving you updates on your order and making you feel like a part of the process (family)
Absolutely terrible. In the 2 years I have had to use this pharmacy not a SINGLE prescription has been ready when they say it will be. Most times not even started. It takes 2-3 trips with very rude customer service to even get one prescription. I don’t recommend this pharmacy to patients or anyone for that matter.
Some of us are in a hurry. Why is it that I can get through a Walmart line quicker than I can get through a pharmacy line and no one really shows any initiative to jump on the other register and get the line down.
Line could be out the door and they will only have one person working counter
