Absolutely diabolical. Ambulance people were fantastic. After r got in thats when it all went down hill started. Nursing is just not the same anymore

This is a complete horror. My nail fell out, there was a lot of pain and blood. I waited for an appointment all night from 9 pm to 7 am, and knowing that the doctors were busy, I sat calmly and waited for them to call me. When they finally called me, the doctor said that 24 hours had passed since I broke my nail and they could not do anything, to which I said that I had spent 10 of them here and it was simply unfair. I went to the children’s urgent care with my baby boy (11 weeks old) as I was told to by the 111 operator due to him seemingly having an infection in his finger and high temperature. The nurse who initially saw us was rude and uncaring towards my son.
