This is a complete horror. My nail fell out, there was a lot of pain and blood. I waited for an appointment all night from 9 pm to 7 am, and knowing that the doctors were busy, I sat calmly and waited for them to call me. I went to the children’s urgent care with my baby boy (11 weeks old) as I was told to by the 111 operator due to him seemingly having an infection in his finger and high temperature. The nurse who initially saw us was rude and uncaring towards my son. Can't thank the incredible staff here enough. Seen speedily, provided with information and treatment, everyone lovely. Staff have to deal with such shit from some patients yet comp complete angels, they all deserve the world (and decent bloody pay)
