Was in for a procedure here yesterday and would love to thank all the amazing staff. Every staff member made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease the entire time, talking me through everything so thoroughly from beginning to the end! Today I visited the Youang Surgical Clinic For the first time. I felt safe, supported, and actually understood, they went above and beyond to make sure I’m getting the best long-term plan for my health. Excellent nurses, doctors, students, carers, cleaners and food trolley ladies, nothing was too much trouble, no matter what I asked for, actually I didn't have to ask for much, it was always offered before I wanted it. I was made very comfortable as soon as I entered. A horrible experience, health wise, made a lot less traumatic by caring professionals and lovely surroundings. Love the toast and jam plus the apple juice 😋. Thank you 😀. David.
