My 7-year-old daughter had her very first surgery today (23/10/25) in the AM and the team who cared for her were absolutely amazing! Every single person had clearly read the information I shared about her likes, dislikes, and how to best support her. They made sure she felt safe, calm, and in control from start to finish. Our admission nurse was an absolute superstar and set such a positive vibe for the whole morning. Thank you all so much for making something so scary feel so gentle and kind
The staff were all amazing From administration pre- opp to surgery and post - opp. The nurse were amazing and friendly and went above and beyond. The doctors, specialist, orderly and hospital theater staff.
Had my endoscopy and colonoscopy today and it went really well . Everyone was very professional and really lovely 🥰
