Get directionsBH Children’s ED has been a horrible experience. Would love to give zero star ratings for triaging and treating my sick 1year old after 6 hours of stupid waiting period. It would be great if triage nurses know their Triage system better, as working in the same field and seeing the negligence and waste of time has been a frustrating event. On the other hand, after 6hrs of waiting we were honoured to see the doc/ reg who do not care about ways to approach little patient and their parents, no explanation of disease conditions a... read more
would give 0 stars if I could!!!!! absolute trash heap of an ED. Went in a while back and said I'd been raped less than an hour ago, can I please have an STD profilaxis (emergency meds), and rape kit. They said "we don't do that here" at triage desk, and sent me away, no access to anything despite it being LAW that they HAVE TO PROVIDE THOSE TWO THINGS if requested! Just been in ED now, suicidal, saying I'm not safe to be alone at home. Triage refused to do anything, have anyone even see me, and told me to leave. Don't go un... read more
I was in the waiting bay in emergency for 8 hours before being able to see the doctor!

Absolutely useless. Completely dead. Ed is populated by three people who have been there even longer. Nurses frequently disappear for thirty minutes at a time and triage refuses to even contact them or aclnowledge anybody in the room. What a joke. This isn't the first time this happens. I can understand delays when things are hectic but this was so much the ... read more
