Had a seizure back in 2023 due to cerebral hypoxia. Had to demand a CAT scan due to my preexisting lifelong brain cyst before I agreed to leave (the brain cyst, they would not acknowledge, despite my concerns) and when I went to the room to have it done the nurse proceeded to stick me 10 times to try to “fix” my iv while I sobbed. Not only did she stick me 10 times, this ended up giving me nerve damage in my left arm. Absolutely no empathy or sympathy to be located and nurse basically just told me to stop being dramatic. Dr. DeSouza and his staff were patient and caring and took very good care of me.
Went to the ER for a possible tear or sprained muscle. Waited 6 hours for them to tell me I might have torn or sprained a muscle.
