My mother has pancreatitis and her lungs are barely able to breathe and they let her go home with a bloody bruised black arm from the ivy they put in her arm.. this is the second time they have done things that is almost caused death to my family.

I left this ER deeply disturbed by what I witnessed. This was not simply a long wait or a frustrating night. It raised serious concerns about patient care, professionalism, dignity, and confidentiality. My mother came in with severe leg pain and reported pain above 10/10. A doctor evaluated her, told us she was going to review the ultrasound, return with something for her pain, and speak with her supervisor about whether the fluid they found might need to be drained. Lets start this with i came in with severe pain that woke me from a dead sleep and had ne throwing up from itm left flank pain that radiated from front to back, honestly worst pain Ive ever been in. Triaged and left to wait, everyone going back before me, including the girl laughing and joking with her friend. I finally get to the back and no one. No nurse anything. Got sat in a room and ignored like I was making all the pain up. Mind you, this was at 3 in the morning, it wasnt busy. Worst care ive ever received anywhere.

this is the worse emergency i saw in my whole life! i went because of my feet swallow and sharp pain @7:30 and now is 12:56 still there is mo service. i asked for blanket because i was freezing they did not provide anything not blanket not even a simple pain killer during 5 hours i was waiting . They just charge prople for the service they dont provide.
