Takes over two hours to be seen at midnight. Very poor service.
Treat people less than animals, small waiting room, small parking lot, but only thing is big is your bills
I don’t know what to say because no words can describe how bad the service and how bad the system
Have literally been sitting here for over 5 hours for a CT scan and some blood work. Have asked for help several times and was basically told I'd have to sit and suck it up or my insurance wouldn't pay. I came in with left side numbness and honestly would have rather sat home and stroked out! I will be making a complaint with the hospital its self also. Holding people hostage using their insurance against them is disgusting!!!!!!!
I was experiencing severe discomfort during my stay, everyone who took care of me was very kind. I would especially like to recognize my nurse, Erica. Her amazing bedside manner and uplifting personality brought me a great deal of comfort in a very uncomfortable and painful situation.
