This security guard, a bald, dark-skinned man who called himself "Ash," came up to me and started harassing me after I received my guest pass. He made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and unsafe. All this hospital do lie is and stress you and use your insurance
FRONT DESK (except for that big guy) IS SO RUDE! Whenever you want to visit someone who you love who was in a car accident at the hospital, the last thing that someone should tell you is "I told you to wait! Go sit down!" . That is what I was told when I took my daughters to visit their father in the ER last month following a van accident. I came to the hospital with issues and I needed severe help and mostly every nurse had an attitude with me, at CT Scanning the people were rude and argued with me… and theres obviously no communication throughout this hospital because all workers I spoke to speak on it loosely where patients can hear it and I think this is unethical
