They don't get no stars from me worst hospital ever my fiance passed away 05/11/26 here my post got deleted but I. Put another one up e every time im get justice for him he got a sepsis infection from here that got bigger that was a bed sore and he other sores on him he ended up on a ventilator had cancer which the infection did help the day he passed I was met with no empathy but security exporting me they had him laying thier in the bed with th curtains open after he passed away no respect for him the doctors or nurse won'... read more
My mother is dying, and I can’t even leave her food to eat. I get there at 7:03 and they say the trauma unit is closed until 8pm so no one or anything can go in or out. No warning of such, and no one has given her anything since. Disgusting and incompassionate. Will be taken to the board and higher ups as every person that I’ve talked to at the Front Desk seems to take this as a joke
They saved my mother's live, but I am giving the hospital 3 stars due to the rudeness and heartless staff in the emergency room. Unfortunately I had to take mom to the ER a couple of times due to her medical history at this hospital. Once you passed the emergency room, mom was treated with respect and care. But I don't prefer to go there. Both mom and I are Rutgers University employees and I will try to contact someone in house to express my feelings. I am sorry some of you had this bad experience.
