Guadalupe in the ENT office was the best. You don't what you need until you're suffering to find the help that you need. Guadalupe stepped in perfectly by offering me wheelchair assistance back to my car from the ENT visit for my son. I'm physically disabled and often have a lot of lower back pain and my son has autism. She was able to get herself and someone else to help us and push us in a wheelchair. It might seem like a small thing but it was big and mighty. Thank you very much for your service.
The podiatrist is okay and the nurse was nice. However some of the front desk receptionist lack professional etiquettes. One of the guys yelled at my daughter for playing with an attractive singing bird on the wall , which clearly attracted other children to play with it. No one said anything. Then he finally removed it from the wall. Then the waiting room have a wide variety of seats but they had us sitting all packed together on one side and allowed certain people to sit on the empty side.
