Worst billing department I’ve ever talked to. They keep bouncing me between different departments both saying the other one should help me. I just want to pay a bill. Why is that so difficult to handle?
The lady I talked to in the records department or whoever the hospital outsources requesting records too was rude

When did this hospital become such a farce? UMH used to be a leading institution for care and education. However, if the ER is any indication of what goes on in the rest of this hospital, then beware! We have been sitting in the ER for 9 HOURS - 6 of which were spent in 2 different waiting rooms. In the remaining 3 hours, we have seen a nurse, a nurse practitioner and an ultrasound tech.
