Horrible Billing Department I had a claim reprocessed & was owed a refund. It took them over 120 days, countless calls, and (as directed by the department) emailing the same documents to the same email 3 different times. They were trying for months to convince me it was a new bill. They were threatening collections. I literally had to request a statement, and hand write all the math, drawing lines to all their wrong numbers for them to understand what a reprocessed claim is. Very rude and unhelpful nurse in recovery! Had black hair and a LOT of makeup. Dr was VERY unprofessional. Don't care to EVER go back. Had to have same procedure twice, and still didn't get it done. Had to go to boone.
The nurses where so sweet and caring had the best time i could have with my surgery because of them
