5 hour wait and still not seen people literally leaving because they can’t be seen. This use to be a great hospital but unfortunately it has went to shit
Yall really need to work on your cleanliness and sense of urgency.
Parking is horrible their count board for parking garage and is always inaccurate. And all handicap parking are taken up by non handicap people. And the front drive is always blocked by nonhsbdicap persons.
DO NOT GO HERE! If you want to live dont go here!!!! I was sepsis and they threw me in a chair in a hallway... didnt even give me a room... I went to a different hospital and they ACTUALLY helped me... kept me for 3 days to make sure I was okay. Thank God I can live to see my baby graduate pre-k... if I didnt get a 2nd opinion my babies would be watching me be buried in the ground instead of watching me in the crowd while he graduate. I've been to this hospital more than I'd ever have liked to be but the service has always been amazing. I personally have had to have multiple kidney stones removed by them over the last 20 years. Both by ureteroscopy and a nephrolithotomy tube a couple of times. Dr Cummings has been my kidney doctor for years and I couldnt ask for a better option. He always gets me taken care of in a timely matter. I'll be so upset once he retires. His secretary Hope is amazing. Always so friendly and willing to help. They also diagnosed my... read more
