Amazing service and housing. The apartment is beautiful and well maintained. The area is secured very well at all hours and I love the hospitality from the ladies in the office! Thank you!!!

My son’s experience at University Hills has been great. The apartment has served every need of daily life in a comfortable way and is situated in nice setting with a creek running through the property. If something is not working, the staff has shown knowledge and care to fix it. This is a well-priced option for students at UT looking to get off campus.
They were very welcoming and I enjoyed my time tremendously. Would 10/10 recommend!
