Cant ring up for an appointment no more, has to be on Accurax even when in an urgent situation and to try and sort out previous medical referrals its just so useless to do it online. Not everyone has access to the Internet and in an urgent situation, you wouldn't be filling out a form. Just so useless and not helpful at all. What happened to ringing up and making an appointment
The receptionist was so incredibly rude and had a complete lack of empathy
Very frustrating talking to receptionists at this Medical Centre!! I rang in multiple times (at least five separate times) to get a medical certificate to be able to complete my year abroad and apply for a Study Abroad Visa (which is required for me to complete my degree) but receptionists wouldn't let me speak to a doctor and seemed to be unsure what a medical certificate was. I had to ask a parent to ring in for me as I felt I wasn't being listened to and being talked over, this whole process took over two weeks from askin... read more
