Under new management now and it's terrible, such a scam when it comes to payments. Saturday and Sunday supposed to be $40, but if you wanna pay 1 hour extra it's $54 now. And the only pedestrian entrance to the parking lot is from the garage door that only opens for vehicles (after hours and weekends). So you have to wait someone and awkwardly ask them to drive their car inside (there's a Tim Hortons drive thru next to the entrance). FALSE prices posted. According to security, they increased the price at the start of the year but did not change the banners anywhere now in March. Help button doesn't work and no one responds. Their phone number under the banners does not work after hours when you will be exiting the lot.

THIS PARKING LOT IS NOT 24 HOURS!!! I would leave a 0 star review if it was possible. This parking lot is advertised EVERYWHERE including on the parking ticket itself as “open and operational 24hrs, 7 days a week”however after parking there tonight to attend a concert at Rogers Stadium nearby and coming back to the lot at 11:40pm the building and parking lot were completely locked and deserted and we had no way of getting inside to retrieve our car and drive home. Locked to pedestrians returning for car at 11pm, emergency after hours number suggested just waiting till 7am to retrieve car. Got lucky to catch the door as someone was leaving but unacceptable for a place stating 24hr parking
