Every time I’ve been here I’ve had to wait for 30min-1.5hours to get into my appointment, the waiting area doesn’t seem to get cleaned and it’s always packed with people and kids. There were used tissues in my seat and just felt the longer I’d sit there, the more I was getting exposed to 😷 The staff is very nice but doesn’t communicate well with each other and their patients. I’ve had to reschedule appointments for their mess-ups. Unfortunately it’s the only University Health prenatal clinic that does detailed ultrasounds.
